If there is an issue with your order, you will have to reach out and sit on hold to speak to someone (always a different agent) to find out what's going on. In my experience, LZ will promise a timeline they cannot deliver on.

This review is in regards to forming a PC through the Legal Zoom company.

They are an absolute nightmare to deal with.

I also have noticed repeated charges to my credit card from LegalZoom for services I didn't ask for. As of this writing, it still hasn't been resolved. However every time I've contact them about it, I get the runaround telling me that someone will look into it and get back to me soon. When logging into my account, one of the items said that it was incomplete and said 'action needed', but didn't specify what that action was. There was apparently more that needed to be done on my end. This continued for over 2 months before I finally got word that the LLC was completed. All she could tell me was that it 'should be done soon' and that she would get more information and contact me by phone or email. When someone finally answered, it was obvious they were working from home because I could hear kids screaming in the background and kept having to ask the agent to repeat herself. Those 4 days came and went so I contacted them and was put on hold forever with some horrible hold music playing that gave me a headache. This was supposed to ensure that our LLC would be completely done in about 4 days. We wanted to get things up and running quickly so I paid extra (a LOT extra) for their 'express' service. I used LegalZoom to set up an LLC for our new business.
